We’re delighted to be joined by Tony Hall from Bristol Dementia Action Alliance (BDAA) for our next coffee morning.
Tony is the creator and Chair of BDAA and spends much of his time running Dementia awareness sessions, collaborating with other organisations and running the charity and Happy Days memory cafe in Westbury.
Tony’s wife, Barbara has had symptoms of Dementia for over 20 years and he is her carer. His experience and role within BDAA places him perfectly to talk about the role of a carer and we’re very much looking forward to his insight.
If you are interested in finding out more about being a carer for someone with Dementia, or perhaps you are a carer already and are looking for support, tips, or perhaps just to meet people in a similar situation, please join us.
