It can seem like a daunting thing to think about and many people put off arranging their affairs, potentially until it is too late. We are here to help you get started!
Chartered, independent financial adviser, Richard Higgs talking you through everything you need to know about LPAs, including attorney responsibilities and the importance of being aware of your care choices ahead of organising your LPAs.
We are also looking forward to hearing from Marc White from Marc White & Co Solicitors who will be speaking about the implications of not organising your LPAs and having to deal with the Court of Protection.
