  • Harold Stephens (online) 50 High Street Bristol, England, BS9 3DZ United Kingdom (map)

When a person makes a power of attorney, they appoint someone else to act on their behalf. There are different types for different reasons and the rules surrounding them can seem complicated.

If someone has made you their attorney for their property and financial affairs, you are responsible for making decisions that meet your legal duty of care obligations. It’s really important to understand the steps you need to take to ensure you’re acting appropriately.

If you are unsure about making a power of attorney or your obligations if you have been or may be appointed an attorney, join us for this 20 minute workshop where Independent Financial Adviser, Richard Higgs will talk you through what you need to know.
